The Brief: Give Lead Gen a Visual Overhaul

FusionStack was ready to evolve past generic stock photos and uninspired digital visuals. They had one goal:

Beyond the Brief: Ideation With ChatGPT

To achieve this, our team began with an ideation sprint using ChatGPT.

We started with the core theme of their whitepaper, “Navigating Cloud Complexity,” and asked ChatGPT for metaphorical and symbolic ways to represent “navigation” and “cloud systems.”

From there, we tested prompt variations:

  • “What are unconventional ways to visualize a path through complexity?”
  • “Show abstract representations of navigating fog or digital mazes.”
  • “How can you depict clarity emerging from chaos?”

This phase unlocked a cascade of ideas that wouldn’t have surfaced through traditional methods alone.

Midjourney Prompting & Iteration

Once we had a bank of metaphorical ideas—mazes, evolving data trails, fragmented pathways—we fed them into Midjourney.

Our creatives focused on prompt structures that emphasized:

  • Minimalistic 3D renderings
  • Cool-toned lighting with metallic gradients
  • Emphasis on linear motion, depth, and energy

Out of more than 50 AI-generated compositions, we shortlisted ten and polished them in Photoshop, integrating FusionStack’s branding and final copy within Figma.

The Final Assets

Two images emerged as clear standouts:

  1. A glowing corridor with fractured light leading to a digital horizon
  2. A top-down maze constructed from data streams, revealing a singular exit

These visuals became the backbone of FusionStack’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter lead generation ads. The campaign not only caught attention—it fueled real results.
