DolFinContent LLC (“DolFinContent”) is a creator partnerships company specializing in influencer marketing, digital brand collaborations, and sponsored social-media content.
DolFinContent provides commercial partnership services to digital creators, influencers, brands, and marketing partners, with a primary focus on paid advertising and promotional content created for publication through a creator's own social-media channels.
DolFinContent's services are specifically focused on the commercial opportunities associated with a creator's digital presence, audience, and social-media content. They are not intended to constitute general entertainment career management or the representation of individuals for traditional artistic employment.
2. Influencer and Social Media Partnership Services
DolFinContent works with digital creators on commercial brand partnerships involving sponsored content published through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and other digital or social-media channels.
Depending on the specific partnership and applicable agreements, DolFinContent's services may include:
• Receiving, reviewing, and responding to inbound inquiries from brands and marketing partners concerning sponsored social-media content. • Identifying and facilitating potential paid brand partnership opportunities for digital creators. • Discussing and negotiating commercial terms, including compensation, content deliverables, campaign timelines, posting requirements, and payment conditions. • Coordinating content approvals, exclusivity periods, intellectual property licensing, advertising permissions, and content-usage rights. • Facilitating communications between creators, brands, advertising agencies, and marketing partners concerning digital campaigns. • Coordinating campaign execution, deliverable submissions, publishing schedules, and related administrative matters. • Supporting invoicing, payment administration, and other commercial obligations associated with digital brand partnerships.
These services are intended to facilitate commercial collaborations involving social-media content and digital advertising.
3. Examples of Digital Brand Partnerships
DolFinContent's services may involve collaborations such as:
• A creator publishing a sponsored Instagram Reel or Story promoting a consumer product. • A creator producing a paid TikTok video for a brand's digital marketing campaign. • A YouTube creator incorporating a sponsored product or service into a video published on the creator's channel. • A creator participating in a paid digital advertising campaign involving content publication, agreed usage rights, and commercial deliverables. • A brand engaging DolFinContent to identify suitable digital creators and coordinate sponsored social-media campaigns.
These examples illustrate the types of commercial collaborations in which DolFinContent participates. They do not constitute a determination that any particular arrangement is exempt from applicable licensing requirements.
4. Activities Outside the Intended Scope of Services
DolFinContent does not offer general artistic career management or traditional entertainment booking services as part of its influencer and social-media partnerships offering.
In particular, its intended services do not include arranging separate professional engagements such as:
• Concert bookings, live musical performances, or comparable entertainment appearances. • Acting roles in theatrical productions, feature films, or television productions. • Standalone professional modeling assignments unrelated to the creator's agreed social-media partnership services. • Stage performances, theatrical employment, or other traditional performing-arts engagements. • General entertainment career development or booking services for actors, musicians, performers, or models.
These exclusions describe the intended commercial scope of DolFinContent's services and should not be interpreted as a legal determination of whether a particular digital sponsorship constitutes an artistic engagement under applicable law.
5. Creators With Other Professional Activities
Individuals working with DolFinContent may independently have professional activities beyond social media, including careers in music, acting, modeling, athletics, entertainment, or other industries.
DolFinContent's involvement with such individuals is intended to be limited to the digital brand partnerships and related commercial services agreed upon between the parties.
For example, where an individual is both a professional singer and a social-media creator, DolFinContent may coordinate a commercial brand partnership involving sponsored content published on that individual's social-media accounts.
DolFinContent does not, as part of that social-media partnership service, undertake to arrange the individual's separate concert performances, musical engagements, or other traditional entertainment bookings.
The nature and legal classification of any specific engagement remain subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the arrangement.
6. Florida Talent Agency Regulatory Framework
DolFinContent describes its commercial activities as creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social-media brand collaborations, and related digital marketing services.
DolFinContent does not hold itself out as a licensed Florida talent agency or licensed talent agent.
Chapter 468, Part VII, Florida Statutes, establishes requirements concerning talent agencies and certain activities involving the procurement or attempted procurement of engagements for individuals falling within the statute's definition of an artist.
The classification of any particular service or engagement depends on the applicable statutory definitions, the nature of the individual's activities, the services actually performed, and the facts of the commercial arrangement.
The fact that sponsored content is created for or published through an individual's own social-media accounts does not, by itself, establish an exemption from applicable talent agency licensing requirements.
Nothing in this notice is intended to assert that an activity requiring a license under Florida law may be performed without the necessary license or other legal authorization.
7. Compliance With Applicable Laws
DolFinContent intends to conduct its operations in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Its services are intended to be limited to commercial activities that DolFinContent is legally authorized to perform.
Where a particular activity is subject to professional licensing, regulatory authorization, or other legal requirements, those requirements govern regardless of the terminology used to describe the activity in this notice or elsewhere on the website.
DolFinContent may review, restrict, decline, or modify the scope of a proposed service or commercial engagement where necessary to address applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
8. Contractual Relationships
The precise scope of services provided by DolFinContent to any creator, brand, or other commercial partner is governed by the relevant written agreement between the parties, subject to applicable law.
